Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, guests will be warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel.
After check-in, visit the sacred Shwedagon Pagoda for sightseeing and spiritual experience.
Overnight stay in Yangon.

These days are dedicated to visiting and exploring some of the most renowned meditation centers in and around Yangon, including:
- Mahasi Meditation Center
- Pa Auk Meditation Center
- Mogok Meditation Center
- Chanmyay Yeiktha Meditation Center
- Dhammazawthi Meditation Center
Guests will have the opportunity to learn about different Vipassana meditation traditions and explore available programs for meditation practice and retreats.

After breakfast, depart from Yangon and travel to Kyaiktiyo Pagoda (Golden Rock).
Upon arrival, proceed to the mountain top and enjoy the spiritual atmosphere and breathtaking views, including sunrise and sunset from the pagoda area.
Guests will stay overnight at a hotel on the mountain to fully experience the peaceful environment.

After breakfast, continue the journey to Mawlamyine.
Upon arrival, visit the famous Kyaikthanlan Pagoda and enjoy the scenic riverfront views of the city.
In the evening, proceed to a meditation center (Pa Auk Monastery) in Mawlamyine for overnight stay.

Guests will visit and stay at the main Pa Auk Meditation Centre, and participate in Vipassana meditation practice according to their preference and level of commitment.
During this period, participants are required to strictly follow the rules and discipline of the meditation center and engage in structured meditation practice.
This program is designed as a 10-day meditation retreat.

Breakfast and Lunch at the Meditation Center
After checking out from the meditation center, depart from Mawlamyine and travel back to Yangon.
Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and rest.
(The journey takes approximately 6 hours by private car.)

After breakfast, participants will gather to share their meditation experiences and reflections gained during the retreat.
Guests will also have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss Dhamma-related topics with experienced monks and meditation teachers.

After breakfast, guests will be transferred to Yangon International Airport for their onward departure.
This marks the end of the tour program.
Note:
- This tour is arranged by private car in order to keep the cost more affordable. However, for guests with limited time, arrangements can also be made for travel by domestic flights upon request.
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the number of travel days selected by guests. In addition, the meditation schedule and duration can be flexibly arranged based on whether guests are beginners or have prior meditation experience.

Important Note:
During the meditation retreat, the meditation center will provide free accommodation and necessary facilities for guests, including bedding (pillow, blanket, mosquito net), meals, and other basic requirements.
Guests may offer voluntary donations to the meditation center at their own discretion after completing the retreat.
