After breakfast, travel to Naypyidaw.
In the evening, visit the majestic Maravijaya Buddha, one of the largest Jade Buddha statues in the world.

After breakfast, continue the journey to Mandalay.
On the way, we will visit the revered preserved body of Sayadaw (arhat) Sal Taung, whose body is believed to have remained incorrupt for many years, as well as an ancient monument dating back to the 11th century during the reign of King Anawrahta. In the evening, enjoy sunset views from Mandalay Hill.

In the evening, arrive at the meditation retreat center.
Overnight stay at Pyin Oo Lwin, Pa Auk Meditation Center.
Lunch and Dinner at local restaurants.
Participants will join a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat at a meditation center in Pyin Oo Lwin, following the rules and discipline set by the retreat center.
During the retreat, guests are required to strictly observe the guidelines and practice accordingly.

- This tour is arranged by private car in order to keep the cost more affordable. However, for guests with limited time, arrangements can also be made for travel by domestic flights upon request.
- • The itinerary may be adjusted depending on the number of travel days selected by guests. In addition, the meditation schedule and duration can be flexibly arranged based on whether guests are beginners or have prior meditation experience.

During the meditation retreat, the meditation center will provide free accommodation and necessary facilities for guests, including bedding (pillow, blanket, mosquito net), meals, and other basic requirements.
